Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and partners with a warm, professional demeanor
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Schedule meetings, property viewings, and appointments for the sales team
Coordinate with the marketing and admin team for smooth office operations
Assist in client documentation, follow-ups, and basic administrative tasks
Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols
Support events, open houses, and client hospitality

Who We’re Looking For:

1–3 years experience as Receptionist / Front Desk (real estate or hospitality experience is a strong advantage)
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a big plus)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, confident, and customer-service oriented
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace
Age: 23–32 years preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
