About the Role
Natola Home Rentals LLC is looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Freelance Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our holiday-home apartments in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in holiday-home operations and be able to work independently in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
Manage guest communications and resolve operational issues promptly.
Coordinate housekeeping, cleaning schedules and maintenance.
Conduct property inspections and ensure apartments are guest-ready.
Liaise with property owners, cleaners, maintenance teams and suppliers.
Monitor bookings, operational tasks and outstanding issues.
Provide regular operational updates to management.
Requirements
Previous experience in Dubai holiday-home operations is essential.
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com and holiday-home management systems is an advantage.
Own car and valid UAE driving licence.
Appropriate UAE authorisation to provide freelance services.
Ability to work independently and manage the workload around guest check-in and check-out schedules.
