Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan & Secondary
JX Estates is a boutique real estate agency in Dubai. We are looking for ambitious Off-Plan and Secondary Market Agents who want to work in a focused, performance-driven environment.
What we offer:
* Commission-only position – NO SALARY
* Qualified leads provided through property portals and paid marketing channels including Meta and Google Ads
* Highly advanced real estate sales training provided FREE to agents with a valid Broker Card
* Training and direct guidance from top-performing closers with a proven sales record
* Opportunity to work across both Off-Plan and Secondary properties
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience preferred
* New agents may be considered only after an extensive * interview demonstrating strong sales potential
* Strong communication, negotiation and closing ability
EU languages, Russian or GCC languages are a strong advantage
* Self-driven, disciplined and comfortable working on a commission-only basis
Important: This is not a salaried position. We are looking for agents who want serious training, lead support and the opportunity to build strong commissions based on performance.
