Property Consultant – Off-Plan Real Estate
Premier Capital Real Estate is looking for ambitious and experienced Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our growing team in Business Bay, Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan property market, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to build lasting relationships with investors and property buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and follow up with potential buyers and investors
• Understand clients’ investment goals and recommend suitable off-plan properties
• Present projects, payment plans, expected returns, and market insights professionally
• Conduct property consultations, presentations, and developer visits
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners
• Negotiate and close property transactions
• Keep up to date with new project launches and Dubai real estate market trends
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of Dubai real estate experience
• Experience in off-plan property sales is strongly preferred
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s major developers, communities, and upcoming projects
• Strong sales, negotiation, networking, and client-management skills
• Professional appearance and confident communication
• Fluency in English is required
• Fluency in Spanish, French, Arabic, or another international language is an added advantage
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately are preferred
