Job Summary
We are seeking driven, dynamic, and results-oriented Property Consultants to join our professional team at MPRIVĒ Realty. To better serve our clients, we are expanding our team with two distinct, dedicated roles: Off-Plan Specialist and Secondary Market Specialist. In these roles, you will act as a trusted advisor to private buyers and international investors, guiding them through Dubai’s property market within your area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
For the Off-Plan Specialist:
• Developer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with Dubai's developers to ensure direct access to inventories and upcoming launches.
• Launch Expertise: Stay deeply informed about Dubai's real estate trends, community developments, and new off-plan product launches.
• Investment Advisory: Provide expert investment consultation to buyers and international investors, aligning off-plan properties with their financial goals.
For the Secondary Market Specialist:
• Portfolio Management: Actively source, list, and update properties for resale, ensuring unmatched presentation and precision.
• Market Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of established communities, current market valuations, and transactional histories.
• End-to-End Guidance: Manage the complete property resale cycle, from initial property valuation and marketing to contract negotiation and final transfer.
Requirements & Skills
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of successful real estate experience in the Dubai market, specifically tailored to either Off-Plan or Secondary Market sales.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; fluency in additional languages (such as Russian, French, or Arabic) is highly preferred.
• Network: Proven track record of handling diverse clients and investors.
• Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License.
• Attributes: Strong negotiation abilities, high emotional intelligence, and a tech-driven, proactive mindset tailored to a growing real estate brand.
