Al Badeea Real Estate LLC is looking for a professional, responsible, and customer-focused Female Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with tenants and customers and handling day-to-day property-related requirements, follow-ups, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with tenants and customers.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, requests, and follow-ups professionally.
Coordinate tenancy renewals, move-in and move-out procedures, and related documentation.
Follow up on rental payments, outstanding amounts, cheques, and other tenant requirements.
Maintain accurate customer, tenant, and property records.
Coordinate with Property Management, Leasing, Accounts, and Maintenance departments.
Handle customer communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Ensure customer complaints and requests are followed up until properly resolved.
Maintain regular communication with tenants and provide professional customer service.
Prepare and maintain reports related to customer requests, maintenance, renewals, and follow-ups.
Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.
Perform other duties related to property management and customer relations as assigned by management.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Previous experience in UAE real estate or property management is preferred.
Good knowledge of Dubai rental and property management procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.
Professional, responsible, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
