REAL ESTATE AGENT – JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients in buying, selling, renting, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and property portals.
- Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Conduct property viewings and accompany clients during inspections.
- Negotiate prices, rental terms, and agreements between property owners and clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Prepare and manage property listings with accurate descriptions, photos, and details.
- Promote properties through online portals, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with current real estate market trends, property prices, and available inventory.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and other real estate professionals.
- Assist clients with required documentation and ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the transaction.
- Follow company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements

- Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
- Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, or others are an advantage.
