# Required: Multi Technician (Painting, Electrical, Plumbing & AC Maintenance) – Building Maintenance Company
**Location:** Dubai, UAE
## Job Description
The Maximum Services LLC is seeking skilled and experienced technicians to join our Building Maintenance and Facilities Management team. We welcome candidates with experience in one or more of the following trades:
* Painting
* Electrical Maintenance
* Plumbing
* Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance
* General Building Maintenance
**Candidates with experience in any one of the above fields are also encouraged to apply.** Multi-skilled technicians will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out painting works, including surface preparation, putty application, plaster repairs, and finishing.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for residential and commercial buildings.
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and distribution boards.
* Carry out plumbing works, including repairing leaks, replacing sanitary fixtures, clearing blockages, and maintaining water supply and drainage systems.
* Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on split AC, ducted split, package units, FCUs, and AHUs.
* Carry out minor civil works, including masonry, tiling, gypsum repairs, silicone sealing, and basic carpentry.
* Respond to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
* Complete work orders and report completed tasks to the supervisor.
* Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience in a Building Maintenance or Facilities Management company is preferred.
* Experience in **at least one** of the following trades: Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, AC (HVAC), or General Building Maintenance.
* Multi-skilled technicians are highly preferred.
* Ability to work independently and diagnose maintenance issues.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Valid UAE Driving Licence is an added advantage.
* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
