📢 We’re Hiring | Sales & E-Commerce Assistant – X Store General Trading

X Store General Trading is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team and support our retail and e-commerce operations in the UAE.

X Store specializes in electronics, mobile accessories, electrical appliances, watches, wallets, original accessories, and smart lifestyle products, with future expansion into EV charging and solar energy solutions.

Position: Sales & E-Commerce Assistant
Employment: Full-time
Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, social media, and online channels.
* Handle sales and process online orders from confirmation through delivery.
* Add and update products, prices, specifications, and stock on the online store.
* Monitor inventory and report low-stock items.
* Prepare and pack customer orders and coordinate with delivery companies.
* Assist customers in selecting suitable products and provide accurate product information.
* Support basic product photography and social media content creation.
* Assist with daily store operations and contribute to increasing sales.

Requirements:

* Good spoken and written English.
* Good computer skills and ability to learn e-commerce systems quickly.
* Strong communication and customer-service skills.
* Organized, responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
* Previous experience in retail sales, electronics, mobile accessories, e-commerce, or customer service is preferred.
* Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required.
* Fresh candidates with strong communication and computer skills are also welcome to apply.
* Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
