The Iahs is seeking a friendly, professional and detail-oriented Family Casting Specialist to join our growing team on a flexible freelance basis.

This role involves attending appointments at clients' homes and hospitals across Abu Dhabi to create baby, family and couple castings. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend scheduled home and hospital appointments
• Create hand, foot and family castings using our approved techniques.
• Ensure a calm, comfortable and professional experience for clients.
• Handle casting materials and equipment with care
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Take accurate client information and appointment notes.
• Represent The Iahs brand professionally at all times

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with newborn babies, children and families
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, childcare, beauty, arts and crafts, or similar client-facing roles is an advantage.
