Maintenance Manager Required – Private Home
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a private home in Dubai.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in villa, private home, hotel, or facility maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, swimming pool, and general maintenance
• Experience managing maintenance staff, technicians, and external contractors
• Ability to plan preventive maintenance and handle emergency repairs
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Honest, professional, and well-organized
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all maintenance activities of the residence
• Ensure all systems and equipment are working properly
• Coordinate repairs, servicing, and AMC contracts
• Supervise technicians, suppliers, and contractors
• Monitor maintenance schedules, inventory, and service records
• Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the property
