We are seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-end private residence. The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple household departments with professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Staff Management: Supervise, coordinate, and manage a diverse team including chefs, cleaners, drivers, and security personnel
• Operations: Ensure smooth daily household operations and maintenance of standards
• Scheduling: Create and maintain staff schedules, manage time off, and ensure adequate coverage
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout the residence
• Budget Management: Monitor household expenses and manage departmental budgets as needed
• Communications: Act as primary liaison between household staff and the residence owner/family
• Problem-Solving: Address operational issues promptly and professionally
• Compliance: Ensure all staff comply with employment regulations and household policies
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in household management or similar supervisory role
• Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of household operations, budgeting, and staff protocols
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end residential management
• Background in human resources or personnel management
• Familiarity with household technology and systems
