Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Dubai

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Strong knowledge of: Mainland and Free Zone company procedures
Visa processing and immigration formalities
Document attestation and government-related procedures
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Handle company formation and government-related procedures
Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID applications
Coordinate with government authorities, Free Zones, and service providers
Manage document attestation and legal documentation
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company requirements
Maintain records and track application statuses
