About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized professional to join our team as an Office Cleaner. This role is essential to maintaining a smooth, hygienic, and efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent support to all staff members. You will be responsible for maintaining our office premises, managing supplies, handling administrative support tasks, and ensuring that our workspace remains clean, organized, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all office premises, including desks, common areas, corridors, restrooms, and break rooms
• Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing work surfaces and high-touch areas
• Monitor, replenish, and manage office supplies (stationery, toiletries, refreshments) and maintain accurate inventory records
• Empty waste bins, manage recycling programs, and coordinate with cleaning contractors for specialized services
• Sort, file, and distribute documents, mail, and packages as directed; assist with photocopying and scanning
• Deliver documents, packages, and correspondence within the office and to external locations
• Set up and arrange conference rooms for meetings; ensure equipment is clean and functional
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting maintenance needs promptly
• Provide basic reception support by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and security breaches to management
• Manage janitorial supplies and equipment inventory
• Support other administrative and facility tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office cleaning, facilities maintenance, or similar role
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs regularly and perform standing/bending duties
• Valid identification and willingness to undergo background verification
• Reliable transportation for courier and errand duties
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
