Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Indoor & Outdoor Sales Executives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities-Indoor Sales
• Attend to walk-in customers at the warehouse counter in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately
• Check stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team for material issuance
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, and deliveries
• Maintain proper records of daily sales and customer transactions
• Handle cash / card payments (if applicable) and ensure proper billing procedures
• Support customers with basic product information, pricing, and usage details
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Assist in stock checks and inventory coordination when required

Key Responsibilities-Oudoor Sales
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Visit potential and existing clients to promote products and services
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate closely with internal departments (warehouse/logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate value propositions to clients
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and report performance on a regular basis
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively

Requirements
• Proven experience in counter sales / retail sales / warehouse sales
• Outdoor Sales: Minimum 2 years experience + UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Good communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, invoicing system, ERP is an advantage)
• Ability to understand product codes, sizes, and specifications
• Strong customer service attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good coordination and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in building materials / signage materials / hardware / industrial supplies (preferred)
• Knowledge of invoicing and stock systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
