We are currently developing and launching a new business in Dubai focused on automated helmet cleaning machines.
The Executive Assistant role would involve working closely with me and supporting the day-to-day setup and operations of the business.
Your responsibilities would mainly include:
• Coordinating and following up with suppliers, vendors and service providers
• Assisting with machine installation and location-related coordination
• Following up on ongoing tasks and making sure deadlines are met
• Organizing documents, quotations, invoices and other business records
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating with different parties
• Preparing simple reports and updates on ongoing activities
• Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the machines once they are launched
As we are still in the early stage of the business, I’m looking for someone who is organized, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and following things through.
The role would be based in Dubai and you would be working directly with me.
