About Us:
We are a wedding studio in the UAE entering a new development phase to build a modern cinematic wedding media brand focused on luxury women-only weddings and high-end visual storytelling.

We are looking for a creative professional who can elevate the artistic direction, visual identity, and cinematic quality of our wedding films and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative direction of wedding films and reels
Develop a unique and consistent visual style for the studio
Direct and supervise video coverage during events
Guide photographers and videographers creatively
Oversee editing style, pacing, storytelling, and color grading
Create cinematic reels and emotional wedding highlights
Improve overall visual quality and luxury feel of the brand
Participate in developing new creative concepts and premium packages
Ensure consistency across all social media and delivered content

Requirements:

Strong portfolio in cinematic wedding films
Experience in luxury weddings or women-only events is highly preferred
Strong understanding of storytelling and emotional editing
Excellent sense of visual aesthetics and cinematic pacing
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
Strong knowledge of color grading and reel creation
Ability to lead creatively and work with a team

Creative mindset with modern visual taste
Understanding of Gulf wedding culture and luxury aesthetics
Attention to detail
Passion for cinematic storytelling
