All-in-One Videographer, Editor & Creative Director – Personal Brand (Dubai)
I’m looking for an all-in-one Videographer, Video Editor & Creative Director to help build and grow my personal brand.
My Philosophy & What I Offer
I believe in paying for performance, results and value created, not simply hours worked.
I’m looking for an ambitious, creative and independent individual interested in a long-term collaboration with opportunities for professional, personal and financial growth.
Base Salary: Guaranteed AED 10,000/month.
Performance-Based Growth: We will jointly define clear, measurable goals and corresponding salary increases in advance. Each achieved milestone unlocks the next salary level.
Earning Potential: Up to AED 20,000/month, with the possibility of exceeding this through additional mutually agreed milestones.
Flexible 4-Day Workweek: Four days per week are required in person. Working hours and workload are flexible, depending on projects and filming schedules.
Other Clients ok: You can continue working with other clients alongside this position.
Private Office Space: Your own dedicated workspace in my Dubai office. (Creek Harbour)
Relaxed Working Environment: A friendly, comfortable atmosphere with open communication, mutual respect and collaboration on equal footing.

Your Responsibilities
Videography: Accompany me on filming days, capturing daily life, business activities, events and projects.
Video Editing: Produce high-quality Instagram Reels, TikToks and occasional YouTube vlogs.
Creative Direction: Develop creative concepts, storytelling approaches and engaging content formats.
Content Strategy: Research trends, analyze successful creators and identify what content we should produce next.
Planning & Ownership: Independently plan shoots, suggest new projects and proactively drive content production.
Performance Analysis: Track results and continuously improve our content strategy.
Our main focus is Instagram Reels and TikTok, with occasional longer-form YouTube content.
Requirements
Proven experience working with personal brands, influencers or content creators.
Strong videography, editing and storytelling skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms and content performance.
Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization.
Creative, proactive, reliable and highly independent.
Based in Dubai and available in person four days per week.
Flexible availability for full-day shoots, occasional weekends, events and travel.
Preferably owns professional camera and filming equipment.
UAE driving license is a plus.
Most importantly: I’m not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. I want someone who thinks ahead, takes initiative, recognizes opportunities and actively contributes to growing the brand.
