Hiring Now in Dubai: Logistics & Customs Clearance Sales Executive
A leading logistics and freight forwarding company based in Dubai is looking for a proactive Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearance) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads for sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and customs clearance services.
Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals with importers and exporters.
Provide clients with expert guidance on local customs regulations and Dubai port procedures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or customs clearance within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of Incoterms, sea shipping operations, and local customs processes.
An established client portfolio/network in the UAE market.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately or on short notice.
Benefits:
Fixed Salary: AED 2,500 per month + Attractive monthly bonuses and sales commissions based on performance.
Visa and health insurance as per UAE Labor Law.
