Job Details
•Act as the primary operational point of contact for B2B clients, distributors, and agents worldwide.
•Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status, production timelines, and shipping schedules.
•Address and resolve customer complaints regarding delivery delays, damaged goods, or documentation errors.
•Liaise closely with the production and warehouse teams to monitor stock availability and production lead times.
•Optimize local delivery schedules for domestic orders to maximize transport efficiency.
•Receive, review, and process incoming local and export purchase orders (POs) into the company's system
•Generate official Proforma Invoices, sales quotations, and order confirmations for clients.
•Track payment terms, open balances, and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure credit terms or advance payments are met before releasing shipments.
Requirements
* Strong command of the Arabic language (reading, writing, and speaking) to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
* Work Location: Marina Plaza, Dubai
* Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Work Arrangement: On-site (office-based)
