CNC & Chain Making Manager – Gold Jewellery Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced CNC & Chain Making Manager with 8–10 years of expertise in gold jewellery manufacturing. The ideal candidate will lead CNC and chain making operations, including machine selection, sourcing, installation, production planning, quality control, maintenance, and process optimization. Hands-on experience with CNC jewellery, chain making, wire drawing, laser welding/cutting, polishing, and related equipment is essential. The role includes workforce planning, vendor management, and establishing efficient production facilities while minimizing wastage and maximizing productivity. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field is preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Head of International Marketing & Business Development with 12–15 years in the gold jewellery manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in international sales, export marketing, branding, business development, and market expansion for CNC jewellery and machine-made chains. Strong global connections with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and importers are essential. Responsibilities include driving global sales growth, developing new markets, leading international marketing strategies, and representing the company at global trade exhibitions. Extensive international travel is required. MBA or relevant degree preferred.
