Roles & Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing Department

1\. Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for security services.
- Generate leads and approach potential clients across commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, and government sectors.
- Promote security guarding, CCTV surveillance, access control, security systems, and related services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand security requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to achieve business targets.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and convert potential leads into confirmed contracts.

2\. Marketing & Promotion

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's security services.
- Promote company services through social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Prepare company profiles, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Identify market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
- Enhance company brand awareness and maintain a professional corporate image.
- Coordinate advertising, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and networking activities.

3\. Client Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Understand client expectations and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure smooth service mobilization and client satisfaction.
- Conduct client visits and obtain feedback on service performance.
- Maintain long-term business relationships to encourage contract renewals and referrals.

4\. Tendering & Contract Management

- Identify and participate in relevant security services tenders.
- Review tender documents, scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Management to prepare competitive proposals.
- Ensure quotations and tender submissions are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
- Follow up on tender results and contract negotiations.
- Monitor contract expiry dates and initiate renewal discussions with clients.

5\. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

- Monitor market conditions and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze competitor pricing, services, and marketing strategies.
- Identify potential industries and locations for business expansion.
- Recommend competitive pricing and new service offerings.
- Prepare market research reports and business development plans.

6\. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with the Operations Department regarding manpower availability, deployment requirements, and service capabilities.
- Work with HR on recruitment and manpower requirements for new contracts.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding payment terms, outstanding invoices, and client credit requirements.
- Ensure all client commitments are aligned with company policies and operational capabilities.
- Provide regular business updates and sales forecasts to management.

7\. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, clients, and business opportunities.
- Track sales targets, revenue generation, and contract conversion rates.
- Monitor quotation follow-ups and tender submission status.
- Submit monthly marketing and business development performance reports.
- Recommend improvements to increase sales performance and company profitability.

8\. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Number and value of contracts secured.
- Tender and quotation conversion rates.
- Client retention and contract renewal rates.
- Revenue growth and profitability.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Effectiveness of marketing campaigns and brand promotion.

9\. General Responsibilities

- Represent the company professionally in all business dealings.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable UAE regulations.
- Ensure ethical business practices and professional conduct.
- Perform additional duties related to sales, marketing, and business development as assigned by management.
