We are a disruptive global mobility and citizenship advisory firm operating out of our corporate headquarters in Grosvenor Business Tower, TECOM, Dubai. Built on the foundation of radical transparency, we simplify the investment migration landscape, helping elite clients obtain second passports and residencies in Turkey, the Caribbean, and beyond.
We are expanding our founding team and looking for an ambitious, creative Social Media Manager & Visual Content Creator to build our brand identity from scratch and execute an aggressive organic viral growth strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
Brand Identity Setup: Design and implement our official corporate Brand Guidelines (color palettes, font pairings, visual templates).
End-to-End Video Production: Script, direct, shoot, and edit high-retention short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
In-Office Shoots: Run regular filming sessions inside our TECOM office, setting up crisp audio, lighting, and performance framing for the founders.
Program Marketing: Take complex investment programs (e.g., Turkish real estate paths or Caribbean donation funds) and translate them into engaging, transparent, and educational social media content.
Aesthetic Curation: Design and organize clean, authoritative grids across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube to ensure immediate trust with high-net-worth profile visitors.
Requirements:
Must be based in Dubai and able to work full-time out of our TECOM office.
2 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing and vertical video editing.
Mastery of tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut with a sharp eye for modern text animations and pacing.
Past marketing experience in luxury real estate, wealth management, fintech, or premium corporate services is highly valued.
A live link to a video portfolio or channels you have personally scaled is mandatory to apply.
