Job Title: Mobile Shop Sales Executive (Sales & Social Media)
Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our mobile shop. This role combines in-store sales with social media management, requiring the candidate to promote products both in person and online while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences
Recommend suitable smartphones, accessories, and related products
Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle billing, payments, and basic cash management
Maintain proper display of products and shop cleanliness
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and product setup
Manage stock levels and report shortages or damages
Social Media Duties:
Manage and post regularly on all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok amzon& noon)
Create engaging content such as product photos, videos, and promotions
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer inquiries online
Promote offers, discounts, and new arrivals through social channels
Monitor engagement and help grow the shop’s online presence
