ole Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Discovery & Campaign Coordination Specialist to support both product sourcing and end-to-end coordination of product presentations and campaigns.
This role goes beyond research — it requires someone who can identify unique, under-the-radar products, while also coordinating with brands, creators, and internal teams to ensure high-quality execution aligned with management expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Discovery & Sourcing
Identify unique, niche, and undiscovered products locally and internationally
Evaluate products based on value, uniqueness, and audience appeal
Propose products suitable for showcasing, campaigns, or partnerships
2. Brand & Creator Coordination
Coordinate with brands, suppliers, and creators for product features and campaigns
Manage communication and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution
Align deliverables between all parties (products, timelines, content expectations)
3. Campaign & Package Coordination
Support in structuring product presentation packages (how products are introduced to the audience)
Coordinate advertising elements including product positioning, messaging, and visuals
Ensure all outputs meet the expected quality and direction of senior management
4. Execution & Organization
Track all ongoing products, campaigns, and communications
Maintain a structured system/database for products, partners, and campaign status
Ensure timelines are met and deliverables are completed efficiently
Requirements:
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (brands, creators, internal teams)
Strong research and product evaluation skills
Attention to detail with a sense of aesthetics and presentation quality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to understand and execute high-level directions
Preferred Profile:
Experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign coordination
Exposure to product sourcing or working with brands/creators
Strong sense of creativity and product positioning
Ability to think beyond trends and identify unique opportunities
