Role summary
Sunscape Landscape & Gardening LLC / Souq Garden, UAE. The Digital Marketing Executive is an AI-driven, technical marketing generalist who generates leads for our websites and social channels, runs and optimises paid campaigns, manages SEO, and keeps the lead database and website enquiries organised. You use AI tools to run campaigns faster and track what works.
Working place: Kabir, with pick-up and drop-off transport provided from Umm Al Quwain. Reports to: Owner / Management
Key responsibilities
1. Plan and run SEO for our websites: keyword research, on-page and technical fixes, content optimisation, backlinks and local SEO.
2. Plan, launch and manage paid and organic campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and other platforms.
3. Use AI tools to create ad copy, creatives, content and reports, and to automate repetitive marketing work.
4. Monitor campaign performance daily; identify which campaigns work and which do not, then scale, fix or stop them.
5. Track results in Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager and other tools; stay current on SEO and analytics parameters.
6. Generate leads and maintain the lead database: capture, clean, tag and hand over leads to the sales team with full details.
7. Handle website enquiries and customer queries from the website, forms, chat and social messages, and route them to the right person promptly.
8. Manage and update the websites: product and service pages, content, banners, forms and basic technical upkeep.
9. Track cost per lead and lead-to-sale conversion, and report to management weekly and monthly.
10. Keep a daily activity report and a contact database up to date.
Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO and paid social campaigns.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Comfortable with AI tools for content, creatives, automation and reporting.
• Experience managing websites (Shopify or WordPress is an advantage) and lead databases or CRM sheets.
• Analytical and results-driven: able to read data and act on it.
• Good written English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
• Candidates who are readily available to join are preferred.
• Willing to work from Kabir; accommodation is arranged by the candidate.
Technical skills
• SEO: keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, site speed, schema, backlinks; tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog.
• Paid media: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), audience building, A/B testing, retargeting, budget optimisation.
• Tracking and analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Search Console, conversion tracking and UTM setup.
• Websites: Shopify or WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, landing pages and forms.
• Lead management: CRM or Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email marketing and automation.
• AI and content: ChatGPT or Claude, AI image and video tools, Canva, basic video editing for reels and ads.
• Reporting: dashboards in Looker Studio or Sheets, with cost per lead, cost per sale and ROAS.
Compensation and terms
Salary: AED 4,000 fixed + AED 2,000 target bonus + commission (up to AED 6,000+ per month).
• Fixed salary: AED 4,000 per month.
• Monthly target: AED 100,000 in sales value from the leads he generates.
• Target bonus: an additional AED 2,000 per month when the AED 100,000 target is achieved.
• Commission: 0.5% on the sales value above the AED 100,000 target.
• Accommodation: not provided; the candidate arranges his own.
• Transport: provided for both pick-up and drop-off from Umm Al Quwain to Kabir.
• Reporting: daily activity report and an up-to-date lead database are mandatory.
• Contract: 24 months.
• Shortfall: if the target is not achieved, the fixed salary is pro-rated to the percentage of target achieved. The AED 2,000 bonus is paid only when the full target is met.
• Exception months: up to 3 missed-target months are allowed during the 24-month contract, during which the full fixed salary is paid. From the fourth missed month onward, the pro-rated salary applies.
• Visa, insurance and benefits: employment visa, medical insurance and other benefits are provided as per UAE labour law.
• Confidentiality: NDA and non-compete undertaking to be signed.
