Job Details

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate inventory control.

Job Description
The Warehouse Operations Specialist will oversee and coordinate warehouse functions including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. You will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock
- Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates
- Prepare and pack orders for dispatch
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams
- Ensure proper storage and organization of goods
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
- Support supervisors in operational improvements

Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory system is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to lift goods when required
- Team player with good communication skills
- Attention to detail and responsibility
