Production Supervisor / Composites Technologist (Marine Industry)
A well-established boatbuilding company specialising in high-quality fibreglass yachts is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor / Composites Technologist to join the team at our manufacturing facility in Bali, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities (hand lay-up processes)
Lead and manage a team of production staff
Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of manufacturing
Monitor and improve production efficiency and processes
Train and support local workforce.
About You:
Proven experience in fibreglass boat or yacht construction
Strong hands-on experience with hand lay-up (essential)
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Solid understanding of composite materials and processes
Good working level of English

Based in Bali, Indonesia
Flexible engagement options:
Fixed-term contract (6–12 months), or
FIFO-style roster (e.g. 2 weeks in Bali / 1 week in Australia)
