Technician:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rolling shutters and automatic overhead garage doors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain rolling shutters and automatic garage doors.
• Diagnostics: Diagnose and fix mechanical, structural, and electrical problems.
• Automation Setup: Install, program, and troubleshoot automatic shutter and garage door motors.
• Control Systems: Program, test, and identify faults in motors, remote controls, sensors, and control boards.
• NICE Systems: Apply specialist knowledge of NICE brand motors and control systems during servicing.
• Maintenance & Emergency Support: Perform routine preventative maintenance and responsive emergency repair services.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all installations and repairs are completed safely, professionally, and up to standard.
Requirements:
• Proven Experience: Demonstrated history in rolling shutter and overhead garage door installation and repair.
• Brand Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of NICE motors and automation systems. Knowledge of other automatic door motor brands is a distinct advantage.
• Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical faults independently.
• Soft Skills: Must be hardworking, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Licensing: A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.

Helper :

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Technician Helper to assist our installation and fabrication teams. The ideal candidate must have practical experience using power tools, cutting mild steel (MS), and measuring materials accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation Support: Assist technicians in the installation of rolling shutters, steel fabrication, and garage doors.
• Tool Operation: Safely operate power tools including angle grinders, electric drills, and metal-cutting machines.
• Material Preparation: Cut MS sections, pipes, and metal materials according to required sizes.
• Measurement: Measure and mark materials accurately before cutting and fabrication.
• Site Preparation: Assist in drilling holes, grinding metal edges, and preparing steel materials.
• Fabrication Support: Help with fabrication, fitting, assembly, and installation work at various job sites.
• Logistics & Safety: Load, unload, and handle materials/tools safely while maintaining a clean workplace.
Requirements:
• Prior Experience: Proven history in steel fabrication, rolling shutters, or metal installation work.
• Tool Proficiency: Good knowledge of using angle grinders, electric drills, and metal-cutting tools.
• Technical Skills: Ability to accurately use a measuring tape and cut MS steel to precise dimensions.
• Physical Fitness: Physically fit, reliable, punctual, and willing to work across different job sites.
• Teamwork: Strong ability to follow instructions and work effectively alongside lead technicians.
• Location Experience: Previous UAE work experience is a distinct advantage.
