We are seeking a highly experienced, responsible, and self-motivated Operations Manager to independently oversee and manage all aspects of our garment manufacturing business in Ajman, UAE.

The ideal candidate must be capable of handling complete company operations, ensuring efficient business performance, maintaining client relationships, supervising employees, and managing daily administrative and operational responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all daily company operations, including factory production, administration, procurement, logistics, and general management.
2. Supervise employees, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and manage workforce requirements.
3. Plan and coordinate garment manufacturing activities to ensure timely production and delivery.
4. Manage suppliers, negotiate procurement arrangements, and maintain adequate inventory levels.
5. Handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, maintain client relationships, and support business development.
6. Oversee import and export activities, shipping arrangements, and documentation.
7. Coordinate with government departments and relevant authorities regarding company operational requirements.
8. Monitor company expenses, operational budgets, supplier payments, and financial performance in coordination with accounting.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable UAE labour laws, workplace safety standards, and company regulations.
10. Resolve operational issues independently and implement improvements to productivity and profitability.
11. Prepare management reports and provide regular updates on business performance.
12. Take overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient functioning of the company.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of prior experience in operations management is mandatory.

Previous experience in garment manufacturing, textiles, or a related manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to independently manage multiple departments and business functions.

Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Good understanding of UAE business operations and regulatory requirements.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume responsibility for operational results.

Proficiency in English is required.

We are looking for a hands-on professional who can take complete ownership of company operations and ensure the business runs efficiently without constant supervision.
