About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our day-to-day warehouse operations in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching, and counting inventory while ensuring accuracy, product quality, and compliance with company procedures and UAE health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations
- Perform daily warehouse activities, including receiving, checking, sorting, shelving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Handle and store products carefully to maintain product quality and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Inventory Management
- Assist with stock receiving, transfers, and storage.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
- Promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the supervisor.
- Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and related documentation.

Order Fulfillment
- Prepare and process customer orders accurately and within the required deadlines.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and shipping products.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Product Inspection & Quality Control
- Conduct basic visual inspections of products and packaging.
- Assist with product grading, classification, and quality checks when required.
- For electronic devices and mobile phones, perform basic product condition checks according to company guidelines.

Safety & Compliance
- Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and UAE health and safety requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment responsibly to prevent damage or loss of goods.
- Comply with Free Zone operational requirements where applicable.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
- Experience in electronics, mobile phones, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
- Previous experience in Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZA) or other UAE Free Zones is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse handling equipment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when operationally required.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of UAE logistics and warehouse practices.
- Familiarity with customs-controlled or Free Zone warehouse operations.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are an advantage.
