About us
Helloo Alfajer Delivery Services L.L.C supplies and manages rider fleets for delivery apps and businesses across Dubai.
The role
You will be the main point of contact (POC) between the delivery apps and our riders, and you will supervise our riders day to day.
What you will do
- Be the main point of contact between the delivery apps and our riders
- Talk to riders every day: shifts, targets, app updates and issues
- Supervise riders on the road: attendance, no-shows and performance
- Pass platform instructions to riders and raise rider issues back to the platform
- Onboard new riders: documents, kit and app accounts
- Handle road issues: accidents, fines and vehicle problems
- Keep rider, vehicle, box and SIM records up to date in our operations system
- Send a weekly coverage report to management
What we need
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in delivery, fleet or logistics operations
- Calm under pressure and confident on the phone with riders and clients
Salary: AED 2,500 - 4,000 per month
Location: Office in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai (full-time, on-site)
