We are seeking an accurate and organised Logistics Clerk to handle the documentation and coordination that supports the smooth movement of goods through the business. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor or Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will manage shipping and receiving paperwork, maintain accurate records, and act as an administrative link between warehouse, transport, and customs functions.
The core of the role is documentation processing. The Logistics Clerk prepares and checks shipping documents, delivery notes, packing lists, and waybills for accuracy against orders and consignments, and ensures that all paperwork required for a shipment (commercial invoices, certificates of origin, permits, or hazardous goods declarations where applicable) is complete before goods move. Errors caught here prevent customs holds, delivery rejections, and invoicing disputes further down the chain.
