Job Details
• Logistics Operations: Monitor daily deliveries, validate order feasibility based on product availability, route, vehicle capacity, and delivery time windows, and ensure potential order failures are identified and escalated proactively.
• KPI & Reporting: Own logistics KPIs, prepare DIFOT/OTIF reports, asset utilisation and holding reports, and maintain dashboards covering delivery performance and active, inactive, and lost customers.
• Planning & Coordination: Support order taking and scheduling, coordinate with suppliers for timely supply and accurate documentation, and ensure effective order execution.
• Customer Service & Improvement: Track customer complaints, investigate root causes, drive corrective actions, and support SOP development and policy implementation.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to applicable safety and regulatory requirements, maintain operational documentation, and manage EPR preparation and follow-up as applicable.
• Transportation Support: Support driver training, fleet maintenance, 5S implementation, periodic maintenance checks, and operational site visits in coordination with the Transportation Supervisor.
• Lead commercial excellence and operational efficiency projects
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, distribution, or transportation planning.
• Strong knowledge of delivery scheduling, DIFOT/OTIF, asset utilisation, order fulfilment, and supplier/customer coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and ERP experience (Dynamics or equivalent preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proven ability to identify operational risks, analyse performance gaps, and drive corrective actions.
Key Success Measures
DIFOT performance, order failure prevention, asset utilisation, reporting accuracy and timeliness, supplier reliability, customer complaint closure, cost optimization, safety and SOP compliance.
