Job Details

We are looking for an outgoing, commercially driven Sales & Distribution Executive to strengthen and grow our FMCG business across the UAE.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the UAE market, understands how modern and general trade works, and enjoys building relationships and creating new business opportunities.

THE ROLE

You will work closely with our sales team to expand distribution, strengthen customer relationships and improve sales and market coverage across the UAE.

Key responsibilities include:

* Develop new business relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors and other trade customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Identify opportunities to expand distribution, improve sales and increase customer penetration
* Work closely with the sales team to optimize route planning, outlet coverage and sales productivity
* Identify gaps in market coverage and develop plans to address them
* Support negotiations, listings, promotions and commercial initiatives with trade partners
* Monitor market activity, competitor presence and pricing
* Visit customers and outlets regularly to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities
* Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into sustainable business
* Help ensure strong execution and availability across priority outlets

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who is well connected, energetic and comfortable being out in the market.

You should have:

* Deep knowledge of UAE modern and general trade
* Proven experience in FMCG sales, distribution or business development
* An established network of relationships with retailers, wholesalers and/or trade customers
* A strong track record of developing new business and opening new accounts
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* A proactive, entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset
* The confidence and personality to approach new customers and create relationships from scratch
* Strong understanding of sales coverage, route-to-market and route planning
* Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team while taking ownership of business development
* Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UAE
