Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters.
Conduct legal research and analyse laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, memos, and legal opinions.
Identify and assess potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions.
Stay updated on changes in the legal landscape and advise clients accordingly.
Manage and prioritise multiple legal cases.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all legal matters.
Desired Candidate Profile
A bachelor's degree in law
Admission to the bar association or eligibility to practice law.
At least 10 years of experience as a legal consultant or in a similar role in a local law firm.
Experience in a specific industry or area of law (e.g., criminal law, family law and corporate law).
Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
