Job Details
Provide legal advice on UAE Federal Laws and local emirate regulations.
Draft and Review agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and legal correspondence.
Coordinate with the local lawyers before the UAE courts, arbitration centres, and government authorities.
Manage claims, disputes, and litigation files of existing clients
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memoranda
Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple matters under pressure.
Client-focused and commercially aware.
Ethical judgment and professionalism.
Well-versed in drafting in family, criminal, and commercial law
Meeting the clients
