Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, insurance agreements, and other legal documents
• Identify legal and contractual risks and recommend practical solutions to complex issues
• Provide legal guidance and support to senior management on corporate and business matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry practices
• Stay updated on legal developments affecting company operations
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in law or any related legal discipline with strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and business judgment abilities
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams
