Description:
Quick Clear Advocates is hiring a Native Arabic Speaking Recovery Officer (Male or Female) to join our team. We are looking for a professional with strong negotiation and legal communication skills to handle debt recovery for car rental operations.
Key Requirements:
• Language: Native Arabic speaker is mandatory.
• Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
• Education: Preference will be given to candidates with a Law Degree (LLB) or a strong understanding of UAE legal procedures.
• Experience: Previous experience in debt collection or rent-a-car recovery is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, firmness, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Direct calling and follow-up with customers for overdue payments.
• Resolving disputes regarding traffic fines, Salik, and rental contracts.
• Assisting in legal documentation and escalating files for non-paying clients.
Salary: Competitive Salary + Recovery Commission.

المتطلبات:
• اللغة: اللغة العربية (اللغة الأم) شرط أساسي.
• الجنس: المجال متاح للذكور والإناث.
• المؤهل العلمي: الأفضلية للحاصلين على شهادة في القانون أو من لديهم دراية قوية بالإجراءات القانونية في دولة الإمارات.
• الخبرة: يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في مجال تحصيل الديون أو مكاتب تأجير السيارات.
• المهارات: قوة الشخصية، مهارات التفاوض، والقدرة على التعامل مع الحالات القانونية.
المهام الوظيفية:
• التواصل المباشر مع العملاء عبر الهاتف لتحصيل المبالغ المتأخرة.
• متابعة تسوية المستحقات المتعلقة بالمخالفات المرورية و"سالك" وعقود التأجير.
• إعداد التقارير والمساهمة في الإجراءات القانونية ضد الممتنعين عن السداد.
