IT Technician
We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Technician to provide technical support and maintain the day-to-day operation of our IT systems, computers, network, and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
Install and configure Windows, Microsoft Office, applications, and required software.
Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, projectors, and other peripherals.
Assist with LAN/WAN, switches, routers, access points, and network troubleshooting.
Maintain antivirus, security updates, backups, and system patches.
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other cloud services.
Set up IT equipment and accounts for new employees.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, software, and licenses.
Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate repairs or replacement when required.
Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures.
Ensure company IT systems and data are handled securely.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Previous experience as an IT Technician, IT Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
Understanding of networking, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, switches, and routers.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize technical issues.
UAE experience is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, CCTV systems, access control, asset management, and basic server administration would be an advantage.
