In this Role , you'll be at the forefront of gaming technology , working with cutting-edge hardware and software to deliver uncompromising performance and reliability.

As our IT Technician, you’ll help set up and maintain our private home gaming lounges, ensuring every system is ready for a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience.

You will be responsible for:

1-Setting up, installing and maintaining our gaming PCs and related software.
2-Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
3-Supporting LAN networks, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity for our gaming setups.
4-Installing games, updates, drivers, and required gaming platforms (Steam,Battle.net,etc)
5-Assisting with peripherals such as monitors, controllers, keyboards, mice, headsets, and other accessories.
6-Performing regular system checks, maintenance, and performance optimization
7-Checking that each setup is updated, properly connected, and ready for gameplay.

Requirements :

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about gaming, technology 💻 and always willing to improve himself.

The ideal candidate should have:

1-Proper knowledge of Gaming computers, hardware, software.
2-Big Interests in gaming PCs, smart devices, networking and home entertainment technologies.
3-Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in different home environments.
4-Good communication skills, professionalism, and attention to details.
5-Ability to work neatly and respectfully inside private residences.
6-UAE experience is a plus.
7-Honesty is very important to us , we do not expect you to know everything ; you might be the ONE we've always been looking for who knows ;).
8-A Driver license
