We are looking for a skilled and service-oriented IT Support Executive to provide technical support to end users, manage IT infrastructure, perform data backups, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across office and site locations.
• Being the first point of contact for users in need of technical assistance and promptly delivering effective solutions.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, and Windows operating systems.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 user account management, mailbox configuration, licensing, and access permissions.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Perform and monitor regular data backups for office systems and site locations, ensuring backup completion and data availability.
• Maintain backup records and assist with data restoration and recovery when required.
• Ensuring the company's IT security standards are upheld, and confidential company data is protected.
• Maintaining a library of procedures and reports to offer technical support across the organization.
• Possessing a solid grasp of computer systems, printers, scanners, iPhones, iPads, photocopiers, mobile devices, and other technology products.
• Configure and support IP phones, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install and maintain antivirus and endpoint security applications.
• Assessing IT requirements and conducting end-user training as required.
• Documenting processes to ensure clarity and consistency in operations.
• Showcasing proficiency with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
• Exhibiting strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Provide on-site IT support at offices and project site locations as required.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in technology-related subject.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 yrs. UAE experience in IT field.
• Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems and prior experience in handling similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and cope with a degree of pressure at peak times.
