Network Engineer - IMMEDIATE JOINER | Dubai Silicon Oasis
Bits Secure IT Infrastructure LLC, a UAE-based IT systems integrator and managed services provider, is hiring a Network Engineer who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and support LAN, WAN, WLAN and VPN for enterprise clients
- Configure and manage firewalls, site-to-site and remote-access VPNs
- Provide L2/L3 support within SLA, both onsite and remote
- Monitor network health, troubleshoot outages and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams and configuration backups
- Work with customers and vendors on projects and AMC support
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on network engineering experience (UAE experience preferred)
- MUST have minimum 2 years at a System Integrator / MSP, supporting multiple enterprise customers (in-house-only IT profiles will not be considered)
- Strong knowledge of switching, routing, VLANs, STP, OSPF, VPN and firewalls
- Hands-on with Cisco, Aruba/HPE, Fortinet, Sophos or Juniper
- CCNA or equivalent certification preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Must be available to join IMMEDIATELY (currently in UAE, visa transferable or on visit/cancelled visa)
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage
Nice to have: BGP, HSRP, 802.1X, Azure/AWS networking, VoIP/IP telephony, Python/Ansible basics.
