WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
We are a UAE-based heavy transport, crane, HIAB, trailer and equipment rental company looking for a responsible and organised Accounts & Admin Executive to manage daily invoicing, payment follow-ups, ledgers, salaries and company paperwork.
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue customer invoices
Check LPOs, timesheets and delivery notes before invoicing
Maintain customer ledgers
Record payments received and outstanding balances
Follow up with clients for pending and overdue payments
Send Statements of Account
Maintain invoice ageing and payment follow-up records
Follow up for missing LPOs, timesheets and approvals
Maintain supplier bills and expense records
Prepare staff salary sheets
Calculate overtime, advances, deductions and allowances
Assist with WPS salary processing
Maintain petty cash records
Record fuel, vehicle repair and operational expenses
Maintain proper filing of quotations, LPOs, invoices, timesheets, receipts and contracts
Prepare weekly outstanding-payment and collection reports
Basic bank reconciliation
Coordinate with management regarding pending collections and paperwork
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years UAE experience preferred
Experience in transport, logistics, construction or equipment rental is an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Basic knowledge of VAT and invoicing
Experience with Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks or similar software is an advantage
Good English communication
Must be confident in calling and following up with clients for payments
Must be organised and able to work independently
Immediate joiners preferred
