Position Title: Admin Coordinator

Salary range: AED 3,000/- to AED 3,500/-
Job Summary:
The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing daily gym operations, handling client services and ensuring smooth reception activities.
The role requires excellent coordination skills, customer service ability, and effective management of administrative tasks to support both clients and gym operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Client Management
1. Welcome and assist gym members, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Handle client inquiries, membership information, bookings, and general requests.
3. Manage reception duties, including calls, emails, and walk-in client interactions.
4. Maintain accurate client records and update membership details.
5. Support client registration, renewals, and follow-up activities.
6. Ensure a positive customer experience and address client concerns promptly.
7. Maintain daily administrative records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and gym activities.
8. Coordinate with trainers, management, and other departments as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service or gym/fitness industry is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Computer skills including MS Office and email communication and dashboard handling
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
