We are seeking a dedicated Public Relations Officer (PRO) to enhance our communication strategies within the Hamriyah Free Zone and across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Government Relations: Serve as the primary liaison between Fluid Tech Engineering and government entities in the Hamriyah Free Zone and the UAE, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Documentation and Permits: Manage and facilitate the application process for visas, licenses, and permits required for business operations both within the free zone and throughout the UAE.
Communication: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental bodies, media, and community organizations to promote the company’s objectives and enhance its public image.
Public Relations Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing PR strategies that align with Fluid Tech Engineering’s goals and enhance its visibility in the market.
Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate corporate events, press conferences, and community engagements to promote Fluid Tech Engineering and its initiatives.
Crisis Management: Support the company in addressing any public relations challenges, ensuring a strategic approach to manage communications effectively.
Reporting: Prepare reports and updates on government policies and regulations relevant to the business, ensuring that management is well-informed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role, preferably within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, particularly in relation to the Hamriyah Free Zone.
Strong knowledge of UAE Court and legal procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
