*Job Title: HR Officer / HR Executive*
*Company:* Licensed Manpower Supply Company
*Location:* Fujairah, UAE

*About Us*
We are a licensed manpower supply company based in Fujairah with 200+ employees deployed across client sites in the UAE. We’re growing and looking for a professionally qualified HR professional to manage our people operations and compliance.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Recruitment & Onboarding*: End-to-end hiring for skilled/unskilled manpower. Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and smooth onboarding.
2. *Employee Relations*: Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain positive workplace culture across sites.
3. *Compliance & Documentation*: Ensure MOHRE, WPS, and UAE Labour Law compliance. Maintain personnel files, contracts, visas, and Emirates ID records.
4. *Payroll Support*: Work with finance team on attendance, overtime, and salary processing.
5. *HR Policies*: Develop/update HR policies, code of conduct, and internal SOPs.
6. *Reporting*: Generate HR metrics - headcount, turnover, absenteeism
*Qualifications & Requirements*
1. *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. *Experience*: 2-4 years HR experience, preferably in manpower supply, contracting, or facilities management in UAE.
3. *Knowledge*: Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS, and visa/immigration processes.
4. *Skills*: Excellent communication in English + Hindi is a must. Proficient in MS Office & HRMS.
5. *Location*: Must be based in Fujairah or willing to relocate. UAE driving license preferred for site visits
