Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
2. Handle employee relations and maintain a healthy workplace culture.
3 Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
5. Coordinate visa processing, labour and immigration formalities.
6. Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
7. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
8. Handle payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
9. Address employee grievances and provide HR guidance when required.
10. Assist management in implementing HR strategies and organizational policies.
11. Lead and supervise junior HR staff and provide necessary guidance.
12. Conduct training, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
13. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
