We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Executive / HR Officer to join our Dubai office. The role requires someone who can manage recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance tracking, staff communication, and general HR administration.

The ideal candidate must be professional, discreet, organized, and able to handle confidential staff matters with maturity.

Key Responsibilities
Post job ads on Dubizzle, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone interviews
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, warning letters, and HR documents
Maintain employee files and staff records
Track attendance, lateness, absences, and performance issues
Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
Handle staff concerns professionally and confidentially
Prepare weekly hiring and HR reports for management
Assist with company policies, procedures, and staff rules
Coordinate with management regarding staffing needs
Requirements
Previous HR or recruitment experience required
Strong English communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp, email, and job portals
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Strong follow-up skills
Able to work independently without constant supervision
UAE experience preferred
Immediate availability preferred
