ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a routine HR position. We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking HR professional who can build and manage a thriving people operation from the ground up — one that scales with our aggressive growth ambitions and embraces the latest AI-driven HR technologies available today.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Talent Acquisition , HR Operations and Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent across all departments — from real estate agents and team leaders to operations, marketing, and technology professionals
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using traditional channels and AI-powered recruitment tools to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Write compelling job postings, conduct structured interviews, manage offer negotiations, and oversee seamless onboarding for every new hire
Build relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to broaden our talent reach
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances — creating a culture of openness, fairness, and mutual respect
Design and implement employee engagement programmes, team-building initiatives, recognition schemes, and retention strategies that keep our people motivated and committed
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture that reflects our values and supports our growth
3. Performance Management
Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems that are fair, transparent, and aligned with business objectives
Partner with department heads to provide guidance on career development plans, goal-setting, and performance improvement processes
Identify training needs across the organisation and design professional development programmes tailored to individual, team, and company goals
4. HR Policies and Compliance
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures that are compliant with UAE Labour Law and aligned with best practice
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records across all HR systems
Ensure all HR operations meet organisational standards and regulatory requirements — including visa processing, WPS payroll compliance, and MOHRE obligations
5. AI Integration and HR Automation
Lead the adoption and integration of AI-powered HR tools for recruitment automation, performance tracking, employee analytics, and engagement measurement
Collaborate with our technology team to implement and optimise AI-driven HR platforms — including our Bitrix24 CRM ecosystem and third-party HR automation tools
Use data and analytics to generate insights on workforce trends, productivity, attrition, and satisfaction — and translate those insights into actionable recommendations
6. Strategic HR Planning
Align HR strategy with our broader business objectives, contributing to workforce planning as we scale to 100+ agents and beyond
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on workforce health, hiring progress, retention metrics, and organisational development
Act as a strategic advisor to department heads and leadership on all people-related matters
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Essential
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in a senior HR role — experience in real estate, property management, or a fast-paced sales environment is strongly preferred
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and HR compliance requirements
Proficiency in HR software and digital tools — experience with AI-driven HR platforms is a genuine advantage
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic, high-growth environment
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Preferred
HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are a strong advantage
Experience working with Bitrix24 or similar CRM/HR platforms
Familiarity with recruitment automation tools, ATS systems, and AI-powered sourcing platforms
Multilingual capabilities — Arabic, English, Russian, or Chinese are particularly valued given our diverse team and client base
Experience managing HR operations for a large, multinational team
